User agreement

This agreement describes the rights and obligations between Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. and you in respect of the software license and related aspects. "User" or "you" refers to the individual or unit that obtains the software license and software products through the network cloud service provided by Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. or the way of downloading and installing mobile clients. Please read all the clauses in this Agreement carefully, including the exemption clauses to exempt or limit the liability of Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. and the restrictions on the rights of users. Please review and accept or not accept this Agreement (minors should be accompanied by legal guardian).

Unless you accept the terms of this agreement, you have no right to download, install or use the software and its related services. Your installation and use will be regarded as acceptance of this agreement, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Without our authorization, any act of copying, selling, transferring, renting or modifying the software shall be deemed as infringement.

1、Intellectual property

This software is independently developed by Changzhou super flash photography equipment Co., Ltd. All relevant information contents, including but not limited to: text expression and its combination, trademark, icon decoration, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, printed materials, electronic documents, etc., are protected by copyright law, international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and regulations. Except for any express written license provided by our license agreement, ownership of the software does not grant you any license to these patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

2、Software licensing

1. All other rights not explicitly authorized in this agreement belong to Changzhou Chaoshan photographic equipment Co., Ltd. and its licensors. If you need to use any other rights not authorized in this agreement, you must obtain the written consent of Changzhou Chaoshan photographic equipment Co., Ltd.

2. If you use the third party's application service through the software, you should sign a service agreement with the third party

3. Changzhou super flash photography equipment Co., Ltd. allows you to download, install and run the software on your smart phone. The license is limited, non transferable, non sublicensable, revocable, non exclusive and non exclusive.

3、Restrictions on use

You may use the software in accordance with this Agreement on the premise of complying with national laws, regulations, policies and this agreement. You have no right and may not commit any of the following acts, including but not limited to:

1. Delete any copyright notice or prompt and any other information and content in the software.

2. Reverse engineering, reverse assembly and reverse compilation are carried out for the software.

3. Use, copy, modify, lease or transfer the software or any part thereof in addition to the terms of this agreement.

4. Provide the software to a third party, license others to use the software or use the software for purposes prohibited by Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. (such as commercial purposes, etc.)

5. Unauthorized implementation of the image, text and other related information of the software, including but not limited to the following acts: use, copy, modify, link, reprint, assemble, publish, publish, establish a mirror site, develop derivative products, works and services related to the software without authorization.

6. Use this software to store, publish and disseminate contents that violate national laws, regulations and policies.

7. Use this software to store, publish, and disseminate information that infringes upon other people's intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights.

8. Conduct behaviors endangering computer network security.

4、Suspension and termination of services

1. Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. has the right to terminate the service provided to you immediately if you have the behavior of publishing illegal information, seriously violating social morality, and other violations of the law.

2. Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. has the right to terminate the service provided to you if you violate the use restriction and other service terms in Article 3 of this agreement, the end user license agreement and privacy policy when receiving Party A's service.

3.Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. will bear the corresponding burden of proof if it suspends or terminates some or all of the services provided to you according to this article.

5、Technical support

Under this agreement, Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. and its licensors do not provide any technical support services on the software.

6、Version upgrade

Whether the software will be upgraded later will be decided by Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. If the software is regularly approved to upgrade by state super flash photography equipment Co., Ltd., this Agreement shall apply to the upgraded version unless there is an alternative software license agreement for the upgraded version. If the software is marked as an upgrade, you must comply with this agreement.

7、Legal liability

1. You agree that the risk of using the software shall be borne by you.

2. You agree that this software may be harassed by various security problems, such as the use of your information by others, causing harassment in real life. The downloaded and installed software contains Trojan horse and other viruses, which threaten the security of your information and data, and then affect the normal use of the software and so on. You should strengthen the protection awareness of information security and information resources, and pay attention to strengthen password protection to avoid loss and harassment.

3. The software is licensed "as is.". Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. and its licensors do not provide any express or implied warranty and guarantee for the software, including any express or implied warranty for the merchantability and specific purpose of the software. Changzhousuperflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. and its licensors do not make any warranty for non infringement of the rights of third parties.

4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. and its licensors will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, special, punitive or other damages (including but not limited to damages caused by personal injury or property damage, loss of profits, loss of life, loss of life, loss of property, etc.) caused by or related to the use or inability to use the software Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. shall be liable for damages caused by business interruption, loss of business information, leakage of privacy caused by failure to perform any responsibility including good faith or considerable attention, damages caused by negligence, or damages caused by any pecuniary loss or any other loss And its licensors are informed in advance of the possibility of the damage. This clause shall be valid in all cases.

5. Any other software derived from this software authorized by Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. and its licensors is illegal. Downloading, installing and using such software may lead to unpredictable risks. It is recommended that you do not download, install and use such software easily. All losses, damages, legal liabilities and disputes arising therefrom will be borne by you and have nothing to do with Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd

6. You shall be fully responsible for all liabilities arising from your violation of this agreement. If Changzhou superflash  photographic equipment Co., Ltd. suffers losses, Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. has the right to claim full compensation from you.

8、Termination of rights

Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. or its licensors have the right to terminate or terminate this agreement at any time. After the termination of this agreement, you must immediately stop using the software and delete all the software and related information that have been copied and installed.

9、Network security and privacy protection

Based on the basic principle of protecting users' personal information, Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Except for the circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations, Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. will not disclose the user's personal information to a third party without your permission. Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. adopts professional encryption storage and transmission mode for relevant information to ensure the safety of users' personal information.

Without the user's consent, Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd. will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than Changzhou superflash photography equipment Co., Ltd., except for the following circumstances:

1. You or your guardian authorized Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. to disclose.

5. When providing your personal identity information at the legitimate request of your guardian.

10、Other terms

1. The invalidity of any provision of this agreement in part or in whole shall not affect the validity of other provisions.

2. The interpretation, validity and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the people's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, you hereby fully agree to submit the dispute to the arbitration committee of Changzhou superflash photographic equipment Co., Ltd. for arbitration. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. All costs of arbitration shall be borne by the losing party.
